We often understand the concept of the "present moment" on a theoretical level, but we rarely experience it fully.

 

This meditation is designed to help you experience a sense of "beingness" — the simple act of existing and experiencing life.

 

We will focus on the sensations of our physical body. When you pay attention to your bodily sensations and become aware of your breath, you bring yourself to the here and now.

 

The present moment is always accessible to you; you just need to become aware of it.
